1. Who We Are

Deen Focused is a subscription app that helps users build consistent spiritual habits through Quran reminders, reflections, and progress tools.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Deen Focused, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must follow the laws in your location to use this app.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens through your account.

4. Subscription Details

• Plan titles: Deen Focused Monthly and Deen Focused Yearly.
• Billing periods: Monthly plan bills every month. Yearly plan bills once per year.
• Auto-renewal: All paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Trial terms: If a free trial is offered, trial length and conversion terms are shown in the App Store or Google Play listing at the time you subscribe.
• How to cancel: Cancel in your device subscription settings. iOS users cancel through Apple App Store subscriptions. Android users cancel through Google Play subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their platform rules. Deen Focused cannot directly issue refunds for in-app subscriptions processed by those platforms.

5. Apple-Required Subscription Disclosures

• Subscription title: Deen Focused Monthly or Deen Focused Yearly.
• Subscription length: 1 month or 1 year, depending on the selected plan.
• Price: The exact price appears in the App Store/Google Play and in the app before purchase, in your local currency.
• Price per unit (where relevant): For annual plans, the app may show an equivalent monthly cost for comparison.
• Functional links: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

6. In-App Purchases and Payment Processing

In-app subscriptions are sold and processed through Apple App Store and Google Play. We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and access.

We do not store your full payment card number. Payment details are handled by the platform payment providers.

7. User Content and Acceptable Use

You may add personal notes or reflections in the app. You keep ownership of your own content, but you are responsible for what you create and share.

Use the app respectfully and lawfully.

8. Prohibited Behavior

• Using the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Trying to interfere with app security or service operation.
• Uploading harmful code, spam, or content that violates others' rights.
• Attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.

9. Intellectual Property

The app design, branding, and software are owned by Deen Focused (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or change features over time. We may also suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

11. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, or if required by law.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Deen Focused is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

To the extent allowed by law, Deen Focused will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction where required by consumer law, and otherwise by the laws applicable to Deen Focused's principal place of business.

If a dispute arises, both sides agree to first try resolving it by contacting support in good faith.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may also notify users in-app or by email when appropriate.
